Procedure

Returning nicole shoes couldn't be easier. Just follow the simple steps below:

1. Place your unworn nicole shoes in the original box.
2. Print a copy of your order or shipping confirmation e-mail. You can also retrieve a printable copy of your invoice by logging onto your account.
3. Ship your shoes and printed invoice to:

Policy

You have 30 days after date of purchase to return your nicole shoes for full credit. Only unworn merchandise in its original shoe box/packaging will be accepted. A copy of your order or shipping confirmation is required in order to process your return and issue a refund to your credit card. You are responsible for any shipping cost(s) for the return. We do not accept exchanges or issue store credit.
